Private one on one kettlebell coaching with a NASM-CPT.
We’ll develop a workout plan to meet your personal fitness goals, tailored to your preferences.
Workout plans can be either 3 or 4 times a week, in person in Ballard, Seattle.
I will also help you with macros and general nutrtion principles. REMEMBER, only Registered Dietician Nutrtionists can develop meal plans for clients, and that is not within the scope of a CPT!
Workouts last for 45 minutes, and each session is $60.
Online Coaching
Online weekly kettlebell coaching with a NASM-CPT.
We’ll develop a workout plan to meet your personal fitness goals, tailored to your preferences.
Workout plans can be either 3 or 4 times a week, with check-ins over Zoom or e-mail.
I will also help you with macros and general nutrtion principles. REMEMBER, only Registered Dietician Nutrtionists can develop meal plans for clients, and that is not within the scope of a CPT!

Partner Workout
Two person kettlebell coaching with a NASM-CPT.
Perfect for those of you who prefer to workout with a friend of partner. We’ll develop a workout plan to meet your fitness goals, tailored to your preferences.

A typical workout will take 45 minutes. We’ll start with some stretching and warmups and then do 5 sets of 5 excercises.
These are fast-paced full body workouts!
This is the TYPICAL structure, but as you will find out, there are many ways to approach a kettlebell workout, we’ll find what works best for YOU! -
Making changes takes time and hard work. I personally think 3 times a week is the bare minimum, and 4 times is the maximum.
Rest days are CRITICAL to muscle development and trying to do more than 4 high impact workouts in a week can yield diminishing returns and risk injuries. -
Each person has unique goals and a unique body, but one thing is certain, it takes time.
There is sadly no quick fix or short cut to reaching your fitness goals. These days there are plenty of people on social media, or local gyms, that promise major results in short periods of time.
The real answer is, the sooner you start, the sooner you will reach your goals. -
You do not!
A lot of first time kettlebell users will want some kind of wrist guard or armband.
But, other than basics like a water bottle, towel, or snack, you don’t need anything! -

Kettlebells are perfect for people of all skill levels and experiences because they are so versatile!
Everyone is nervous about doing something they’ve never done before, but I’m here to help you have fun and get moving! -
Working out, moving more, and making lifestyle changes are all equally important to reaching your goals.
These days nutrtion seems more complicated then ever, especially with social media telling you that every food is “actually” bad for you.
I will help you with the basics, like figuring out your macros, general meal ideas, simple food swaps, and understanding how to read labels.
I will not develop meal plans for you or diagnose medical conditions.
I can however help you find those people if that is somethiing you require. -
